Command Group - Table > Record

Records contain the actual data entries identified by a unique combination of dimension items. This group contains commands for manipulating records, including consolidation, copying, and updating data.

Command	Description
Change Records	Changes the dimension items of records.
Consolidate Records	Consolidates records. One dimension or calculation ('Sum', 'Min', 'Max'...) must be set.
Consolidate Records With Totals	Consolidates records with totals. One dimension, total-dimension or calculation ('Sum', 'Min', 'Max'...) must be set.
Copy Records	Copies records from a source table to a destination table. The source table and the destination table can be identical.
Create Records	Creates records of a table.
Delete Records	Deletes records of a table.
Lookup Records	Looks up number or text values from a source table to a destination table.
Record Exists	Checks if a table has a record.
Refresh Records	Refreshes the number and text values, generated by visual scripts and links.
Set Record	Sets a table record. An item must be specified for each dimension.
Set Records	Sets table records.
Show Dimension Records	Shows the records for one dimension. All other dimensions must be filtered with one dimension item.
Show Records	Shows records of a table.
Show Record Values	Shows the values of a record. Every dimension must be filtered with one item.
Spread Records	Changes or creates records.
Update Records	Updates the values of number and text fields.
