Field Properties

The properties of the selected field can be changed with the inspector on the right.

Conditional Formatting/Fill Color

NameDescription
ColorDefault fill color. If black is used, the fill color is inactive.
Greater ColorFill color if the value is greater than the Greater Value. If black is used, the fill color is inactive.
Greater ValueCheck value for Greater Color.
Lower ColorFill color if the value is greater than the Lower Value. If black is used, the fill color is inactive.
Lower ValueCheck value for Lower Color.

ColorDefault text color. If black is used, the text color is inactive.
Greater ColorText color if the value is greater than the Greater Value. If black is used, the text color is inactive.
Greater ValueCheck value for Greater Color.
Lower ColorText color if the value is greater than the Lower Value. If black is used, the text color is inactive.
Lower ValueCheck value for Lower Color.

Input

NameDescription
Input ColorFillcolor after input.
Input KindKind of the input (record, distribution, target value...).
Input PartSpecifies whether values can be entered on records and/or sums.
Need All DimensionsAll dimensions of the table must be specified.

Customize DialogShows or hides a dimension in the customize dialog.
Decimal PlacesDecimal places of a number field.
FormatFormat of the dimension or number field.
Horizontal AlignmentHorizontal alignment.
Thousand SeparatorThousand separator of a number field.
Vertical AlignmentVertical alignment.
VisibleShows or hides a field.

Query

NameDescription
ActiveActivates or deactivates a dimension. If a dimension is deactivated it is not used in the query.
CalcCalculation kind of the field (sum, min, max...).
CaptionCaption that appears in the heading. This can be different from the field name.
Date CalcDate calc of the value (year, year to date...).
Date OffsetMoves the date dimension items by the offset.
DivisionDivides a field value.
FieldName of the field in the table.
GroupsShows the fields groups. This allows e.g. columns to be filtered individually.
